Consolidation & Reconciliation

Oversee consolidation of legacy defense entity financials, ensuring intercompany eliminations and all related mappings are precise and audit-ready.

External Financial Reporting

Prepare all external financial statements and supporting schedules — monthly, quarterly, and annual — with full regulatory compliance.

Financial Systems Management

Manage reporting workflows within government-contract ERP platforms, maintaining data integrity through active system transition periods.

Indirect Rate Modeling and Management

Maintain and optimize sophisticated Excel-based models for indirect rate allocations; automate workflows to sharpen segment-level financial analysis.

Additional Insight

Oversee the company’s corporate insurance program, including aviation and other applicable insurance policies. Partner with insurance brokers, internal stakeholders, and legal/contracts teams to maintain appropriate coverage and ensure policy terms align with business needs. Review contractual insurance requirements and coordinate with brokers and contract owners to confirm compliance. Ensure certificates of insurance are accurate, current, and issued in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Provide accurate, timely employee, asset, and other required census data to brokers and carriers to support policy renewals, underwriting, and coverage accuracy. Maintain insurance-policy records, renewal schedules, coverage documentation, and related compliance files. Support the annual insurance renewal process, including data collection, coverage review, premium analysis, and coordination with brokers and carriers.
